The construction includes:
Steel frames and beams for structural support
380 mm thick aerated concrete blocks for exterior walls
125 mm thick Ytong interior partitions
Heating is provided by a fireplace in the lobby bar and two modern energy-efficient heat pumps installed in 2020. Water is supplied from the municipal system, and wastewater is treated with a wastewater treatment plant. The energy costs are kept low thanks to these efficient systems.
